Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons of salted butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup sweetener (I like a 50/50 blend of Allulose and coconut sugar) – you can also substitute some of the sweetener with maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (I like to double it)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips or chunks
  • Optional: Add 2 Tbsp peanut butter, dried cherries or chopped nuts of choice

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cream together the butter and sweeteners.

Add vanilla and egg – mix until blended.

Add flour, baking soda and salt – mix until combined.

Mix in chocolate and any optional ingredients.

Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
