It’s a huge job to keep track of all things related to chronic sickness. Everything from doctors & meds to disability forms and taxes – it can be a nightmare to try to find info at the last minute.

Below I’ve shared some of my techniques – I am always looking for ways to make things more efficient of effective, so check back from time to time!

Journaling is time consuming. And it’s not always necessary. But it is helpful when you are trying Tod oak in a new diet or figure out what’s causing your current symptoms.

Daily Journal

This is mine for now. We keep it in a binder that also has doctors visit summaries and notes for the next appointment, along with supplement and medication details (dose, when you take, and what it should be doing).

Your Body Can Talk

One of my go-to resources is this book. It helps me understand how the body works – and more importantly, how it works together.

Our bodies are made of 80% water and 20% crystalline matrix – connected by light – like a fiber optic network that communicates everything from the top of your head to the bottom of your toe.

Everything we do, eat, intake (light, sound, etc) affects this communication network. Tracking by time of day provide great insight into how the body is being affected. These logs come from the author of this book and are available on her website at the link below.
