One of the most common questions I get is “what is your treatment protocol?” Here’s the thing – I don’t have one! At least not one that can be mapped or duplicated.
I’ve tried so many things over the years – it sometimes seems there is no rhyme or reason to what works or when or why. What works for me, may not work for you, but I wanted to share some of what I’ve learned and especially the things that have helped. So below is a compilation of the things that have provided some relief or given me improvement.
The hard part is that most treatment for chronic Lyme is not covered under insurance – so it can be expensive and we have learned to be creative. As they say – if there’s a will there’s a way. So if you find yourself being intrigued by a particular treatment – don’t let discouragement or fear keep you from trying it.
