The road to healing is long and riddled with potholes and diversions. The journey can be hard. But it’s not impossible.

Below are some of the important things to focus on. But don’t try to conquer them all at once.

I believe eating clean foods and proper detox are two of the most important components. I encourage you to start there and add other pieces as you can.


Clean Eating

I’ve done just about every diet under the sun. In the end, I’ve learned to change my eating habits to remove as much toxins from my foods as possible and add only whole, clean foods.

This may sound difficult – and initially it may feel that way. But as you learn WHY certain choices are important, you’ll understand that you don’t need to follow a specific diet to get the best results.


Detox Your Life

Detoxing is more than Epsom salt baths and dry brushing. Your downstream pathways have to be able to accommodate toxin removal and you need to ensure you are limiting toxin intake.

None of this is easy!

Start today, start small.


Wellness Centers & Programs

I’ve been to and through a lot of alternative therapy programs. I’ve seen some out of the box doctors. Some have helped, some have not. Some have helped other people, some have not.

Ultimately, the decisions you make about treatment protocols is completely up to you.


Exercise

Exercise is low on this list on purpose. If you feel ready to add an exercise program to your day, gp foe it.

If you are so sick you struggle with food and detox, then maybe you’re not ready for exercise.
