It’s been over a week since I left Biologix. I am continuing to improve – still have a lot going on (pain – lower but there every day, tachycardia, nausea and digestive issues, coughing, shortness of breath, weakness, etc). I’m sleeping – which is huge. And I’m rebuilding strength daily.

Every day is hard. Every day is exhausting. But every day the sun comes up and I get out of bed – sometimes just for a bit, but that’s ok, up is up.

Yesterday I did a little laundry, made dinner, and took a short drive to visit my daughters horse. While those may seem like trivial tasks to most people, for me, it’s a pretty big day. But it was MY day. Today is My day. Every day is MY day. So head held high, I am gonna fly like an eagle, stand like a giant, walk like a lion.
