I’ve been back in Kansas for another 5 days of treatment. It’s once again been such an encouraging experience – leaving me filled with hope.
I was in a lot of pain when I got here and feeling a little discouraged, but my pain level is down today and I am leaving with new tools to utilize at home.
Day 1
When I checked in on Monday, I was signing a form at the front desk and felt a rib pop out of place. That threw off the day – Dr. Frank spent some time working on structural stuff and then identified the priorities (essentially these are the problems for which my body is needing immediate attention). There were 10 last time – only 6 this week.
Dr. Frank also talked about how the body processes copper – mine doesn’t seem to be absorbing and transporting copper very well. Copper is found in all body tissue, the liver, the brain, heart, kidney and skeletal muscles. It plays a significant role in making or maintaining much of our system: red blood cells, nerve cells, immune system, collagen, energy production. It helps the body absorb iron and can affect brain function. It also helps reduce free radicals, which can cause cell damage.
Supplements: Stopped all previous remedies and added three new ones: Gastrogest (for digestive), Parablaster (to address parasites) Copper Spring (to help the body utilize copper better).
Day 2
On the first or second day of most visits, the doctors have you do a CRT (Computerized Regulation Thermodiagnostics). CRT is one of the diagnostic tool the doctors use to gain information about irregularities and imbalances throughout the body. They also use expanded blood tests* (done 2 weeks prior to visit), and Bio-Resonance Scanning (which is the primary modality they use every day to identify what is going wrong with your body, as well as specific remedies and therapies your body needs).
Parasites and brain function were a big challenge today, along with structural imbalance.
Supplements: Added Brain Balancer (xx) and a Probiotic blend (this is a good place to note that most of the remedies are custom formulated by the doctors specifically for my body – some of the supplements I’ve tried in the past have actually been toxic to my body so this is kind of a bigger deal than people think. Just because a supplement is natural doesn’t mean it’s good for your specific body.)
Day 3 & 4
Two of today’s findings include an intolerance to EMF (electro magnetic frequencies) and mitochondria disfunction. Once the priorities are under control, they introduce stimuli (lasers, color, sound, magnets) to see if it triggers other issues. Today I wore goggles that introduce various colored lights. My body reacts differently to different colors; for instance, violet (which appeared storm cloud gray to me) made my head and face hurt and cause my muscles and tissues to tighten up. The idea is to reset the body so when I encounter similar outside influences in life, my body won’t have those negative reactions. My brain doesn’t absorb red correctly so red looks orange and yellow look green; red is energizing (it stimulates cell growth and the circulatory system, as well as the adrenal glands) so it’s no wonder I become so harshly fatigued.
Supplements: King Chlorella, Pregnenalone K19, added to the Copper Spring, and started a LDI (low dose immunotherapy – which essentially works to slowly restore immune function and keep toxins and other substances from causing a negative immune response).
To help with energy, I’m to start the day with the Pregnenalone K19 and Celtic salt water, and do 1 minute of cross crawling** to help my brain get coordinated.
Day 5
Last day – we’ve stirred a lot up this week and my body is loving a lot toxins around (which is awesome!) A lot of lymies think feeling awful as part of the detox process is just part of the deal – and it is to a certain extent – but there are things that can help calm the effects of detox. King Chlorella seems to be the thing my body prefers. I started out needing 21 tabs a day. We bumped that up to 42 and I needed an extra 33 this morning.
Doc did a little more laser therapy and worked on some of the muscles (feeling that already) and found active bartonella hiding inside parasites. He explained its like a set of nesting dolls – the smallest doll is yeast, the next one is virus, then bacteria and parasites. Interesting concept that gives me a better understanding of why it can be so difficult to sort out Lyme and all the co-infections that go with it.
Supplements: Bartonella LDI
If you’ve read this far, God bless ya! To be honest, it’s impossible to explain in a blog post what happens in the doctor visits. There is so much more to it than what you’ve read here. I walk out of every visit in better shape than when I walked in, specifically due to their ability to identify specific problems in your body and apply measures to help relieve whatever those problems are.
I’m excited to see what happens when I go home. I have a few new tools to help keep discomfort at bay and I am hopeful to feel some more relief in the coming months. I have follow up communication in 3-4 weeks and am planning to return in October.
To be honest, I am not willing to hope yet for complete wellness – but I am also not willing to give up the incredible healing that does happen here.
If you’re at all interested in hearing more about it, leave me a comment and I will contact you.
* Normal blood test reference ranges show where 95% of the population falls – which means you are being compared to the 5% sickest peoples. Biologix uses a reference range showing where you should be for optimal health. So where your regular doctor may say your test falls within the reference range, a Biologix doctor may find that your are far enough outside the optimally healthy range to need attention.
** Cross-crawl is movement that uses opposite sides of the body in coordination (walking, crawling, etc). When you intentionally cross the midline of the body (is right arm to left knee) you build a bridge between the right and left hemisphere of the brain. It’s a great tool to help get your brain working in the morning or after a lazy lunch! Google it for easy exercises you can do even laying in bed.
Thank you for sharing your experiences here. This may be unusual, but I would like to connect. I am on the cusp of deciding whether or not to invest in the direction of the Biologix Center, and could really really use an inside perspective. I am, as many are, very severely ill. Would you be willing to have a quick phone chat? please email me if so? I would be eternally grateful.
