A young woman has been extremely sick and suffering for years. Doctors don’t know what is wrong – she has severe pain and major digestive issues. They are planning exploratory surgery to try and figure it out.
A man suffers daily with headaches, severe back pain, and psychological issues. His doctors continue to look for rare conditions because his symptoms don’t fit any of the regular sicknesses they see.
A woman lived with severe spine pain, migraines, digestive and cognitive issues – she eventually became bedridden most of the time and sought help from over 50 doctors, including multiple specialists at Stanford. She got no help.
People are living with horrific sickness and pain – but can’t find anything to relieve their symptoms. I hear these stories every day – in fact, that 3rd story is mine.
I trusted the doctors, even though they didn’t have answers and they weren’t actually helping at all. Many of them even suspected Lyme when I first saw them, but 5 negative (or indeterminate) Lyme tests ruled that out.
If you or someone you love is sick and in pain and no one can figure out what’s going on, please, I beg you to reach out and talk to me.
It’s not just Lyme. I can’t say that enough. Lyme is one part of an extremely complex sickness that can literally affect every part of the body – joints, muscles, organs, digestive system, brain, skin. I’ve listed some of my more severe symptoms below – if you resonate with any of them but can’t find help, I beg you to talk to me.
The longer you wait, the harder it is to get better. There is hope…but most doctors do not understand it well enough to properly diagnose and treat it. It isn’t as simple as writing a few prescriptions. It takes a doctor who is trained specifically in these multiple infections and conditions – and who can identify every month (or week, or day) the changes in your symptoms to figure out which part of the sickness to treat in the moment.
I want to help people find answers and make their way through this convoluted maze.
This entire blog is dedicated to educating people on the reality of this misunderstood sickness and reaching people who can’t find help. So talk to me – leave me a comment here or find me on Facebook. Help is out there – you just need to be willing to talk to people who have been down the same road.
God is still God.
God is still good.
To Him be the glory.

This list is not complete by any means. And I don’t always have all of the symptoms – some come and go. For years it was pretty much just one at a time – my back would hurt, that would feel better and I would start feeling sick to my stomach. That would improve and suddenly I’d feel like I couldn’t breathe and my chest would feel tight. Eventually the disease took over and all the symptoms came flooding in at once.
Whatever your symptoms are – I promise you, you won’t lose anything by talking with me. What can it hurt?
