Bagels
- 1 1/2 c almond flour
- 1/4 c unflavored low card protein powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp xanthan
- 1 tsp sugar free sweetener
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 TBSp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp hot water
Mix dry – add wet one at a time
Wet hands with water or olive oil to keep dough from sticking
Roll into ball – place on pan with parchment paper – use finger to make hole
Egg white wash
Add toppings
