Bagels

  • 1 1/2 c almond flour
  • 1/4 c unflavored low card protein powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp xanthan
  • 1 tsp sugar free sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 TBSp melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp hot water

Mix dry – add wet one at a time

Wet hands with water or olive oil to keep dough from sticking

Roll into ball – place on pan with parchment paper – use finger to make hole

Egg white wash

Add toppings

375 for 10 mins +
