For the last 2 years, I’ve been somewhat stable.
My symptoms are much reduced in both number and severity, but I’m not well – not by a long shot.
I have a ton of therapies and remedies I do – some every day, some just from time to time as needed. But it’s a lot and can overwhelm my mind and body.
It seems like the last few years had been a lot of managing a bunch of issues that pop up – gut issues, skin problems, urinary tract infections, eye problems, sinus infections, and the on-going things like cervical instability and joint pain.
We haven’t been able to focus on treating disease or addressing specific conditions caused by disease (such as immune and autonomic system dysfunction).
After a very good call with my Lyme doc yesterday, we are looking at spending the next 6 months (or so) focusing on 3 things:
1. Immune system regulation
2. Killing infection
3. Detox
As part of this plan, I am looking at going to Lyme Stop in Idaho.
Lyme Stop uses a healing system called CranioBiotic Technique (CBT) “that utilizes and energizes your body’s profound ability to self-heal”.

I am excited about having a focused direction – but also a little nervous and conflicted about starting a program that could cause my system to crash (a little – or a lot).
Still gonna do it. But I’ll also admit that sometimes I think it’s ok to just “be” for a while.
Stay tuned – I’ll share the journey to Lyme Stop when I go!
