- 1 cup Pecans
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 Tbsp cocoa unsweetened
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sweetener (Allulose/coconut sugar)
- Shredded coconut
- 9 servings, 195 calories, 21 g fat, 1 net carb, 2 G protein
Add all ingredients in a warm pan ( just warm) until soft enough to mix well.
Spread onto cookie sheet.
Place in freezer for 20 minutes, remove and break up like peanut brittle.
Store in fridge or freezer.
