I’ve been on a detox regimen for 2 weeks and man am I feeling it!

The thing no one tells you about detox is that when you’re system is overloaded (like mine) the physical effects of detox are pretty rough. Pain, weakness & fatigue increase significantly.

Fatigue – that’s such a wimpy word. It makes me think “lazy”. But it’s not that at all. It’s not tiredness or sleepiness – it’s a heaviness that makes it hard to even lift your head off the pillow.

It’s like having cinder blocks chained to your limbs and you’re struggling to drag them. Lifting even small objects can feel impossible.

There’s hope in knowing I’m reducing the toxic load – hope that when I get to lymestop, treatment will be more effective and maybe a little easier.

If you’re battling a lot of toxins, know that detoxing can be helpful, but also be prepared for the cost of going through it.

Anyone who says this sickness is easy to treat doesn’t know what the hell they’re talking about.
