It’s been a lovely trip getting to Coeur d’Alene by way of Mount Vernon, Washington where we got to spend some time with family and dear friends. My daughter and I even made a quick stop by Pikes Place Market.

Tomorrow is day 1 at Lymestop and I’ve been readying my mind to think positively but carefully managing my expectations.
It’s always scary starting new treatment. I don’t like getting my hopes up because it’s so crushing when a treatment doesn’t stick. But I wouldn’t be going at all if I didn’t believe wholeheartedly there would be some benefit.
This is expected to cause my own immune system to kill pathogens – which means die-off – which means I should be feeling miserable for a while as my body manages the toxins.
Today has been rough – massive neck and head pain, all over body aches, weakness, such horrific fatigue. Feeling a little better tonight. Hoping the next few days will give me a little relief before the die-off kicks in and these same issues rear back up.
One of the forms the center requested was a list of current symptoms. With Lyme, it’s not a 0-10 pain scale – they are able to tell a lot using two scales: severity (mild, medium, severe) and frequency (sometimes, often, constant).
Before Lyme, I never considered some of these to be symptoms – but knowing they are can help doctors identify which pathogens are affecting you.
Things like: tippy feeling, word finding, air hunger, electric spark sensation, and the feeling of slowly dying.
Check out their full list below.

I’ll share more tomorrow when I have a better grasp of what it means for magnets and frequency to work together!
