Yep – you read that right!

V-steam has roots in Korean, Chinese, Ayurvedic and Mayan healing.

It’s reported to help infertility, hormone balance, atrophy, infections, postpartum and menstrual issues.

While you can spent $2-300 on a specialty unit, it seems to be a fairly simple setup should you choose to build your own.

You can build a box or use an old chair, create a hold in the top and cover the sides. Drop a hot plate in the bottom with a pot of steaming water, add herbs (calendula, chamomile, lemon balm, oregano, etc) and presto!

I think all health issues should have a multi-faceted approach. But this is an interesting tool to me. I have yet to try it, but will be soon!
