Needs adjustment!

Needs salt & maybe coconut flour?

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp diced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° and line cookie sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix all ingredients & knead into a dough.
  3. Form a log and slice into 8 bagels.
  4. Poke holes in the middle, brush with egg wash & top with more shredded cheddar.
  5. Bake for 25 mins.
