I hear from a lot of people who are totally overwhelmed when it comes to trying to clean up their world.

Here’s the truth – IT’S HARD!!!

The more I learn, the more overwhelming it seems. And I know it can seem daunting if you look at “everything”.

I think if I share all of it with others, they’ll be able to just implementing it without having to spin their wheels doing a lot of research.

But that can be too much info to absorb at once.

I’ve done a lot to clean up my world (body, food, environment) – but I didn’t get here overnight, and I’m not done yet.

Take food for example: first I cut out wheat and glutens; then I started adding probiotic foods and learning about which ones are cleanest and most effective; over time I got on board with organic & non-gmo, but the biggest step was when I completely committed to eating healthy and I cut out sugar, processed foods, toxic foods, and learned about healthy fats.

If you’re feeling like it’s too much to change, that’s ok! You don’t have to change everything overnight. Start with one or two things and add more as you’re able.

Below is a list of items to consider. I’m gonna try to expand on each over time, but for now,

    • What’s toxic? What do you need to eliminate completely?
    • What needs to be limited?
    • What’s nutritious? What do you need to add?
  • Food
    • Organic
    • Grass-fed meat & dairy
    • Pasture raised poultry & eggs (not just cage free)
    • Coffee – certified mold free & organic
    • Sugar – switch to either organic or a better sweetener (learn more here). If eliminating altogether, consider grain & fruit too
    • Include lots of clean fats such as coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil that is from a reliable source
    • Eliminate: processed everything, MSG, GMO
  • Body & health products
    • Hair care
    • Soap
    • Dental
    • Skin care
    • Cosmetics
    • Vitamins & supplements
    • Essential oils
    • Nail care
    • Clothing
    • Footwear
  • Home
    • Cleaning products
    • Cooking pans & tools
    • Food storage
    • Paper products
    • Yard & garden
    • Air quality
    • EMF
    • Mold (especially for those who are sensitive or symptomatic)
