I’ve made a ton of progress over the years – and I’m so grateful for incredible help of my Lyme doc, Steven Harris and the various treatments and protocols he’s administered or recommended.
But it’s been 10 years since I started treating snd 18 years since I first got sick. So during our last appointment, he proposed a new path.
Lyme Stop is a specialty center that developed and implements a healing system called CranioBiotic Technique (CBT) “that utilizes and energizes your body’s profound ability to self-heal”.

Truth be told, I don’t fully grasp it yet, but I think the concept is similar in nature to some of the therapies that have helped me in the past.
I go to the center on July 29 & 30 and will share more details after that.
In the meantime, I’m doing some focused work on detox and immune support. I’ll be sharing updates throughout the process. You can read those below!
Why? And Now What?
I went for my 3 month follow up / re-check at lymestop this week. Nothing has changed. Still have all the same infections. The LS doctors expectation is that patients should be 50% better (I’m worse – which is not uncommon for me). He thinks I was reinfected. I’m not convinced. I think treatments simply…
Keep readingUpdate: 1 day post Lymestop
I had 4 treatments Monday & Tuesday. By Wednesday, I was having major detox symptoms: headache, neck pain & stiffness, back pain, all over joint & muscle pain, weakness, nausea & abdominal discomfort. That tells me the treatments are effective. That’s what it’s supposed to do. It’s causing my body’s immune system to kill pathogens…

I had 4 appointments over 2 days where the doctor identifies infections, toxicities & allergens (using muscle response testing) and then treats using magnets applied to the cranium and specific points on the body with the goal of empowering the brain & immune system to do the work of killing the pathogens. I was given…

If you haven’t ventured outside mainstream medicine into the world we lovingly call ‘voodoo’, then most of this may see crazy to you. Mainstream medicine doesn’t deal with late stage and/or chronic Lyme. It just doesn’t. I see a Lyme specialist who initially treated primarily with antibiotics and other rx medications, but also added various…

It’s been a lovely trip getting to Coeur d’Alene by way of Mount Vernon, Washington where we got to spend some time with family and dear friends. My daughter and I even made a quick stop by Pikes Place Market. Tomorrow is day 1 at Lymestop and I’ve been readying my mind to think positively…

I started the pre-Lymestop protocol last week and the detox portion is already taking a toll. That’s not a bad thing! It means it’s working. But it isn’t a whole lot of fun either. The lemonade days were ok-ish. My body isn’t used to that much sugar and it sent my digestive system backwards a…
Keep readingUpdate: Pre-Lymestop Protocol
In preparation for my visit to Lyme Stop in Idaho (July 29-30), my doc has me starting the protocol below. I CAN DO THIS! Or as the little engine that could said: I think I can, I think I can. I can guarantee that all of this, and the Lymestop therapy, is gonna crash me.…
Keep readingUpdate 5/10/2024 – LymeStop
For the last 2 years, I’ve been somewhat stable. My symptoms are much reduced in both number and severity, but I’m not well – not by a long shot. I have a ton of therapies and remedies I do – some every day, some just from time to time as needed. But it’s a lot…
