What’s Good Summer Mocktails

Chia Fresca

Gin Fizz (alcohol free)

Sangria

I might try it with cherry, apple, & grape juices (fruit chunks: pear, cherry, orange, pineapple)

Fall Ice Cubes

Orange slices, chopped apple, cinnamon sticks, ginger – add to ice tray with water and freeze. Add to your favorite mocktails.

Virgin Pina Colada

Add ice, coconut milk and pineapple juice to a blender. You can also add berries before and/or after. 

Orange Cream Soda

Pour coconut milk, orange sparkling water over ice. 

Lemon/cucumber
10 cups of water + 1 cucumber and a lemon, thinly sliced + 1/4 cup fresh finely chopped basil leaf + 1/3 of finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

Strawberry/Lime or Raspberry/Lime
10 cups of water + 6 strawberries / 0r Raspberries and one thinly sliced lime + 12 finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

Blackberry/Sage

10 cups of water + 1 cup of blackberries that have been very slightly crushed + 3-4 sage leaves. Leave in refrigerator overnight before serving.

Watermelon/Rosemary
10 cups of water + 1 cup of watermelon cut into cubes + 2 rosemary stems. Leave in refrigerator overnight before serving.

Pineapple/Mint
Mix10 cups of water + 1 cup of pineapple cut into cubes + 12 fresh mint leaves finely chopped. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

Apple/cinnamon
Mix in a pitcher : 10 cups of water + 1 cup of apple cut into cubes + 2 cinnamon sticks + 2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

Ginger/tea
In advance: heat 1 teaspoon of ginger in two cups of tea, let it cool down.
Mix in a pitcher: 10 cups of water with two cups of the ginger tea + 4-5 pieces of fresh ginger cut into cubes. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

Chai

Add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, allspice to a large pot of water, bring to a boil and simmer for a couple of hours. Pour liquid into a pitcher and refrigerate. 

Citrus Water
8 cups of water
2 limes, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 orange, sliced
ice

Add water to a large pitcher.
Add in limes, lemon, orange and ice and stir. Serve cold.
