I’ve been stuck. It seems like I start a new protocol, I do ok for a month or two, and then I crash (headaches, high pain, high hr, short of breath, cognitive issues like word finding and short term memory, digestive, rashes, etc etc – you name it, I get it.
Most of the time I’m not really capable of getting myself back on track – I come off everything and start adding things back in that I know will help – slowly.
That’s where I’m at today – dialing things back in.
I learned yesterday how critical vitamin D is to maintaining a strong immune system. We need that to help stop the cytokine storm that so often crashes our bodies.
B vitamins like thiamin and b6 help reduce stress while increasing energy. So those are a must too.
Low dose naltrexone has been helping reduce pain – but we’ve been playing with the dose – dropped down to ultra low dose, which has not been good. So bumping that back up.
I am also going to try to do small bits of daily therapies (as my body allows):
- Oxygen – 2 hours a day
- Wim Hof breathing – helps move oxygen to all of the muscles
- Tai Chi – might be a stretch, so only as I can
- Sauna – only on days I can complete tai chi
So that’s where I’m starting – I’ll add other things as I can.

Hey PhilippiJoy! I share your sentiment. I’m now going to experiment with Molecular Hydrogen. I did see some improvements with Ozone Therapy with UBI but it took a toll on my finances… so Molecular Hydrogen, here I come!!! I’ll be sure to keep you updated on the process. 😉 Please stay encouraged and motivated! http://www.molecularhydrogeninstitute.com/tyler-lebaron

I haven’t heard of molecular hydrogen! But I’ll check it out! And yes, please keep me updated – it’s so fascinating how many amazing alternative tools are available. Prohibitively expensive most of the time, but good stuff.
