On the most recent episode of New Amsterdam, one doctor asks, “When did things change? A year ago we were heroes. How did we become so hated?”
As someone who has been injured by the medical community at large, let me answer that question.
First, we don’t hate you. But we are angry. We are angry because you have not been listening to your patients or the large population who disagree with the management of covid.
I have a chronic sickness that took 8 years to get diagnosed and start proper treatment. Many doctors refused to think outside the box. I eventually realized the medical community wasn’t going to help me – I had to start finding answers on my own. Which led me to find good doctors who are willing to buck the system for the sake of their very sick patients.
There’s a lot of people who had these experiences before covid. So when the shutdowns and mask mandates started, we had questions. Our concerns went unanswered by most of the medical community.
The doctors who gave us answers, also taught us about solutions. They taught us how to protect ourselves and how to get treatment.
They are the experts – the inventor of mrna technology, pharmaceutical scientists, virologists & immunologists. They brought science – they brought data – and they actually helped us.
The rest of the medical community began to fight against those doctors and scientists. The truly bad doctors have done everything they can to discredit the good doctors.
In my county, there are doctors who have fired their patients who refused the shot. This is nothing short of bullying. And it’s not ok.
Those of us who are willing to spend hours researching and studying have been treated with disdain and called terrorists for daring to learning about masks, tests, shots and treatment protocols.
Our thoughts on this very serious subject matter. And we are sick and tired of being told to shut up and do as we are told.
Good doctors listen to their patients.
Bad doctors bully their patients.
The ones caught in the middle, the ones who feel hated, are trying to save their reputation and medical license without losing patients.
But not listening to your patients concerns removes you from the good doctor status. We want doctors who can check their ego at the door and let us be the decision makers for our own health.
I decide what medicine goes into my body. Not you.
Be a good doctor. Listen to your patients.
I empathize with you! “We want doctors who can check their ego at the door and let us be the decision makers for our own health.”
