I’ve been doing the Pompa program for 5 weeks. I really didn’t notice much the first couple of weeks – I had a hard time with the supplements initially so I backed off and then upped them slowly.

How do I feel?

Well – my digestive system has stabilized for the most part, I have more energy and stamina, I’m sleeping good (even without gaba and melatonin and all the things), and I’ve lost over 10 lbs (which is a big deal because I’m weight loss resistant).

The diet wasn’t a huge leap for me because I already did a good portion of it. And I’m really enjoying the food!

I was already vegetarian (not part of the program), gluten free, mostly sugar free.

Basically the current diet is also no grain (for now), no sugars or fruit (except berries), very low carbs, and more healthy fats (your cell walls need this!)

Fat Bomb: walnut butter cup with berry chocolate ganache – no sugar, lots of good fat, so stinkin delish!

We’ve been making our own breads and bagels and crackers. Delish! And really easy!

The core supplements I take are specifically to support healthy cells and downstream detox (liver, kidney, gut).

Starting Saturday I’m adding in 3 detox supplements. These are designed to clear out the easy to get to toxins.

In 3 months I will add in some that will get the deeper tissue and brain toxins.

What I love about this program is how much I’m learning. For the first time, I feel like I have more control over my body than it has over me.

There are costly programs that are just completely out of reach and that keep you coming back so they can manage your health.

This is not that. This is a teaching program. You learn how to make decisions for yourself.

If you want to know more – ask me. This is not a sales pitch – I get nothing for sharing their info. I just genuinely want to help people find healing.
