One of the most under-discussed bodily function is the lymph system.

The lymph system runs throughout your entire body and is part of your immune system.

The lymph system:

  • Filters out foreign invaders (toxins, bacteria, viruses, etc)
  • Absorbs nutrients and fats
  • Removes waste from cells
  • Maintains proper fluid levels through your body

Lymph Nodes are kidney bean shaped and have blood vessels and several lymph channels flowing into – and then out of – the node.

So you can imagine, if one of these nodes is blocked or has limited flow, the fluid throughout your body will move slower and will retain more toxins.

It’s critical for your health to keep the lymph nodes clear and the lymph system flowing freely.

All lymph fluid flows TO the subclavian ducts and then into the subclavian veins.

The right side of the upper body, neck and head flow to the right subclavian duct (the green area in the diagram below). The rest of the body flows to the left subclavian duct.

The diagram below shows 6 key node areas we are gonna focus on. If you do nothing else – make sure these critical areas are cleared of blockages (link at bottom for how to). Clear them in order from 1-6.

How To Clear Your Lymph Nodes In this video, Dr. Pompa gets a lesson from Dr. Perry on how easy it is to spend a few minutes a day clearing 6 key lymph node areas. You’ll learn a lot by watching the entire thing – but you can jump to about the 49 minute mark to get a quick lesson in what to do.

This method can be a little too much for people who are very sick. Gordon Medical has more mild recommendations for those who go need it:

Techniques to Use at Home to Stimulate Lymphatic Drainage

Start slow and easy – build up as you are able.
