Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw hazelnuts 
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sweetener of choice (I like a blend of Allulose & coconut sugar)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Spread hazelnuts on baking sheet and roast at 400° for 6-8 minutes (they should be hot but not browned).

Lay a clean towel on the counter and transfer the toasted hazelnuts onto the towel to cool.

Add hazelnuts to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.

Pour into a jar and enjoy!
