Combine:
- 1/3 cup raw pumpkin (1) or sunflower seeds (2)
- 1/3 cup raw flax (1) or sesame seeds (2)
- 1/3 cup pistachios
- 1/3 cup cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 c slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 c tahini or nut butter
- 1/3 c maple syrup
Pour into parchment lined sheet pan and spread evenly.
Combine:
- 1/2 c melted coconut oil or grass fed butter
- 1/4 c cacao or cocoa powder
- Sweetener of choice & to liking (learn about sweeteners HERE)
Pour chocolate over seed mix.
Freeze for 10 minutes.
Break into pieces and keep in container in the freezer.
