- 2 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- Parmesan – 100 grams
- Parsley
- garlic

- 4 Tbsp cassava
- 2 Tbsp arrowroot
- Olive oil
- Fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes
For the sauce:
- 4 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt
- Dill
- 1 tsp dried garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
