• 2 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • Parmesan – 100 grams
  • Parsley
  • garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • Paprika
  • 4 Tbsp cassava
  • 2 Tbsp arrowroot
  • Olive oil
  • Fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes

For the sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt
  • Dill
  • 1 tsp dried garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
